Bullseye Glass

This striking display mask builds upon a totally unique glass fabrication process developed independently in my studio. The translucent mask body serves as a dimensional canvas for a intricate, hand-painted pattern of deep cobalt blue and soft white mottling that wraps seamlessly around the facial contours. Utilizing specialized glass paints, the design mimics organic cellular structures or classic ceramic patterns, suspended within a smooth, high-gloss surface. The piece beautifully showcases the intersection of innovative structural glass casting, fluid light refraction, and precise hand-painted surface ornamentation.
